HERVEY BAY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BALL – 9TH OCT 2010

April 8th, 2010

Dear Members and Supporters,

Put your business in the Spotlight at the biggest social event of the Year

LIMITED NUMBER OF SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE

Every year tickets to the Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce Ball sell out within days. Every year the Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce Mayoral Ball receives consistent media coverage. Will 2010 be the year you use Hervey Bay’s biggest social event to showcase your business?

The Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce is searching for financial and in-kind assistance to deliver this continuously successful, high impact event.

Sponsors have the opportunity to showcase their business in the local media, event promotion material and in-person at the Ball itself. Attended by some of Hervey Bay’s most active business operators, this sponsorship opportunity ensures key messages are delivered to a knowledgeable and captive audience.

Only a limited number of sponsorship opportunities have been released. As a sponsor, this will ensure your presence is not diluted by competition. However, it also ensures that those who do not act quickly will miss out on this exciting opportunity.

The 2010 Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce Mayoral Ball is set to be held in the Hervey Bay RSL Function Room “Hervey House” on Saturday 9th October. This year the black tie event will take on the vibrancy and excitement of one of the world’s most renowned celebrations. Continuous entertainment by world-renowned performers will leave no room for denying the Ball’s rightful title as the biggest social event of the year.
