GETTING WATER FROM A SERVICE STATION IS A PROBLEM ON THE BRUCE HIGHWAY AT TORBANLEA

October 22nd, 2014

Huffing & puffing with steam coming out of his ears a wart hog of a man came running out of the service station to a chap who was filling 2 x 20 litre water containers with water from a tap at the bruce highway BP service station. Ranting about ‘this is my water’ you cannot take it. One sick puppy ‘Bob’ Wessles employee come manager we are told was the ‘WART HOG MAN OF TORBANLEA’. WART BEING SHORT FOR WATER PERHAPS..

???????????????????????????????

???????????????????????????????

This tap & all taps at the Bruce Highway BP servo have been changed to key operated units so clients cannot use the wessles BP servo water.

Get a tap key from bunnings to solve the problem.

No signs saying the water could not be used from the tap & everybody gets their fuel & water from fuel statons at times.

The problem is this:

This local chap has been getting his fuel & water from this service station for the last 15 years.

The clown ‘wart’ [WATER] hog man obviously has no connection with his customer base & decided to abuse the customer without giving any consideration to the consequence to the business from that regular local client  not buying fuel from that servo.

We are told that ‘wessels’? petroleum had given directions to staff to kurb the use of servo water etc.. Save 1 cent & lose 1 dollar..Idiotic .

BUSINESS PRACTICE GONE WRONG BIG TIME BY BRUCE HIGHWAY BP SERVO BUSINESS..

It has been noted that since that event by ‘wart hog bob’ that chap had not bought fuel from that servo since & used the one up the road at the Maryborough industrial estate instead who do not have a problem with using their water.

So giving that ‘wart hog bob’ had abused this customer for 5 cents worth of water has lost at least $280 worth on fuel over the last 2 weeks fom that customer… It baffles one as to how some people calculate the worth & value of their customers..

The client base of any business is dependant on continued support by customers of the service or products any business supplies. Service +++ also.

Too bad so sad. It would have been easier to let the chap use the water & change the tap to a key operated unit later.

No taps now are at that servo where people can use water without paying $3 for 20 litres..?? Council only charge  .47 of 1 cent a litre or under 10 cents for 20 litres..

Management or ‘wart hog bob’ or wessels petroleum have in their business wisdom said we will screw our customers till they bleed.

GREAT MATE-VERY UN-AUSTRALIAN. The sexie coffie servo on the bruce highway closer to Maryborough gives better service, lets u use the water & has more trucks stopping there. Change your stopping venue people to let the Wessle petroleum servo know they cannot screw you.

The staff at the Wessles servo are great by the way, they just have to deal with a management ownership problems.

There are some great people at the Torbanlea post office who supply fuel next to the highway at cheaper prices & friendlier service card operated.

* BY THE WAY U CAN GET THE KEY FOR THESE TAPS FROM BUNNINGS. IS HE GOING TO ABUSE ALL HIS CLIENTS.??

So the ‘wart hog clown’ has exchanged the profit on  $240 fuel sales to date over 2 weeks from one customer for some perverse satisfaction of not allowing the chap to get the few cents worth of water. Strange but true….
