Avoid delays, enter now!
By now hopefully you’ve taken a look at the IAB Australia Awards 2010 website and checked out the Award entry process.

There are eleven categories open this year, including two new additions: Not-for-Profit / Public Service and Branded Content.
Entries are now open. Don’t wait any longer to enter as if you leave it to the last minute you’ll face longer uploading times and delays in submitting your entries.

Submissions will be accepted until 5th May 2010 and no extensions will be granted. Full details on the entry process, fees, guidelines and judging criteria can be found at and there are also contact details for any questions you may have.

Welcome to the 2010 IAB Australia Awards, the online advertising industry’s pre-eminent awards for creativity and effectiveness in Australia.

There’s no doubt last year’s Awards was an overwhelming success and we were flooded with positive feedback (thank you) so this year we again bring you the opportunity to recognise, reward and celebrate the best and most effective online creative in Australia.

After one of the toughest years in our industry since its inception, the 2010 IAB Australia Awards is the perfect vehicle to showcase the world- leading Australian interactive advertising that underpins the continued growth of our industry – and this year our Awards will celebrate imagination, the vital ingredient of any and all successful interactive advertising.

Eleven categories will be opened this year, including two new categories – Branded Content and Not-for-profit/Public Service.

Entries are now open for the 2010 Awards and we invite you to submit your entries before Wednesday 5th May 2010.

Once again the IAB Australia Awards Best In Show winner will be entered in the 2010 MIXX Awards in New York in September, with two representatives being flown to New York to attend the Awards in person.

Last year our Best in Show winners did very well at MIXX bringing home four gold awards, two silvers and one bronze; with our own Best In Show winners taking Gold in the International Category and the top prize of Best In Show. That’s a bigger haul than in the Winter Olympics!!

So this year we are once again looking for the absolute best of the best. We want to see the most outstanding creative and effective online advertising campaigns to have run over the past 12 months in Australia.

You can enter as many categories for each campaign as you want – so don’t leave it too late. Get your entries in early rather than leaving them to the last minute – and once you have submitted your entries you can buy your tickets to the gala presentation.

Full details on the entry process, fees, guidelines and judging criteria are included in this website and there are also contact details for any questions you may have.

So good luck and I look forward to seeing you on 22nd July at our Awards evening (note for the ladies who universally complained that standing in heels for 45 minutes was too long at last year’s Awards, I hope you’ll be happy to know that we took your concerns seriously and this year we’ll be sitting down during the awards presentations!).
